Who We Are
A Company Built on Field Experience
ProFixes LLC is the result of two small businesses joining forces. Joshua Pryor — a licensed handyman with 17 years building yachts at Key West Boats — partnered with ChamberMaids LLC, a licensed and insured professional cleaning company founded on Sullivan's Island, SC in 2021. Together, they formed one property preservation company that covers the full scope of what banks and realtors need.
Joshua's side handles all handyman, repair, securing, and preservation work — bringing marine-grade precision to every job. ChamberMaids LLC handles all cleaning services, delivering true move-in/move-out and deep clean quality that most preservation vendors simply can't offer.
Based in Florence County, SC, we serve banks, credit unions, real estate investors, asset managers, and realtors across SC, NC, GA, and FL — with recurring services available within 50 miles of Florence, SC.
